Writer to Writer aims to foster interdisciplinary creativity by showcasing the literary work of University of Michigan students in a variety of modes, mediums, and genres.

We are a platform for multimodality and experimentation in writing.
Multimodality refers to the many media through which we may express our writing. For example, podcasts, photo essays, and short films are multimodal works.

We want to know your process and inspiration. That’s why we include Spotlight Interviews in our publications and Behind the Writing snippets in our blog posts––we want to showcase your voice as well as the story behind it.
