Eligibility | Staff positions are open to MiW and non-MiW students alike.
Process | Anyone who attends 3+ consecutive meetings and actively contributes is considered a staff member (but can forfeit their position if 2+ consecutive meetings are missed, at the e-board’s discretion).
E–board | E-board members will be nominated and elected by the previous year’s e-board.
Art and Design | Our wonderful Art and Design chair Brooks is graduating W2020, and we will definitely need someone to fill this position for the 2020-2021 school year. If you have some interest or experience with Canva, InDesign, or other graphic design software, please reach out!
Responsibilities include designing and being a major proponent of the production of the end-of-year publication.
General staff | Since we’re still a pretty small, young org, we would love anyone and everyone who’s interested in working on the journal! General members do a little bit of everything; from content curation to copy-editing to general ops.
Our team is comprised of students in the Sweetland Minor in Writing program at the University of Michigan.
